Introduction

The diet program I will be presenting to you is the result of over 7 years of trial and error, reading and research. It is also probably the one of the best diet programs for transitioning away from the typical American diet and all of the health problems associated with it.

 

It is based on my own real-life experience. I have systematically made myself a living health experiment. I now know what works and what doesn’t. I now know which foods give me tons of energy, make me Lose weight or gain weight, which foods zap my energy, and which foods cause health problems.

 

You see, I myself was once sick with minor health problems as a result of my poor diet. As I regained my own health, I systematically kept records of how I did it, and have turned it into step-by-step process that is learnable, easy and fun. Learning these methods will put you back in control of your body and health. If you are reading this right now, then you are an your way to a whole new way of life.

 

I didn’t develop this “magic formula” overnight. I have been preparing 95% of all of my meals myself for over 7 years and keeping a journal of how they affect my energy, moods, skin, fingernails, muscles, body fat percentage, overall bodyweight, strength capacity, and a many other factors.

 

At the time I did not know that my diet that the methods I had been perfecting could make a heavily overweight person rapidly lose a lot of weight so easily. I helped a girl to lose 60 pounds in only 20 weeks with absolutely no exercise, using these same tactics that I was using on myself for my health problems. I just didn’t realize how powerful these methods were, but I witnessed it with my own eyes. She wrote me a letter thanking me for changing her life. She said that she had always wanted to lose weight but didn’t know how. She also said that it was easy to do.

 

You see, when the body digests and assimilates the proper type foods, it can heal itself from all types of health problems.

 

I thank God for pointing me in the right direction. As a result of being on my diet program, I have personally reversed over 10 different types of aches, pains, and minor health problems on my own body. (Without any pharmaceuticals whatsoever!!!) All of the pains of my body disappeared because of this new way of eating that I am constantly perfecting and testing. If you want to be healthy, find what works and write it down.

 

I am now going to explain step-by-step how I did it.  

Obtaining a vibrant sense of well being

This program is going focus on attaining a vibrant sense of well being by cleansing, oxygenating, and replenishing the body with the powerful living nutrients that will give your body a chance to rebuild and repair itself. The dietary aspect of this program will be centered around a delicious menu of vegetarian cuisine. You will be amazed that you can make most of your favorite meals out of strictly plant foods.

 

If you are not ready to be a vegetarian, this program is still the best program available today because it focuses on “digestive chemistry”, (the way that our body digests foods) so it will still explain how you can still lose weight and get healthier, even if you still eat meat. But it also shows you the exact steps to gradually change your diet, no matter how bad it might currently be.

 

I will show you how to make the transition even if you are currently living on fast food and snack machines like I was when I first started. It is a lot easier than you might think, but you also have to want to improve your health enough to make small changes here and there. I encourage you to focus on how much better you will feel once your health improves, and all the major and minor ways your life will be better.

 

The reason that I’m writing this book

The reason that I’m writing this book is because I want to save the earth, and I think the place to start is by healing the people bodies first, so we are happier, healthier and more productive as a human race. A healthier physical body makes for improved mental health also. The only thing we truly own in this world is our physical bodies and our attitudes. When our attitudes improve, they will reflect on everyone around you, and people will begin to notice that there is something different about you.

 

This program is going to change your life when you stick to it. My mission is to teach other people how to become healthy and pain free so as to prevent future pain and suffering through preventative and restorative healing tactics. I have found the way to unbelievably change my own health, and I want to share this knowledge with the world.

Information overload

We are in a time in history unlike any period through out history. As soon as I first started studying health, I was in a state of information overload. I was desperate to find the answers to fixing my health issues, and that drove me to stick with my studies. There are a lot of health and diet books out there written for the layman, and in my opinion easily 95% of them are actually contributing to the health epidemic that this country is currently facing.

 

This is the age of “Information Overload” and it is also “The recommendation age”. I have put my heart and soul into this book. It is the result of over 7 years of reading, trial and error, and more reading, trial and error……. and I have found what works and what doesn’t. And now that you have this book, you can shortcut strait to benefiting from the same results I currently enjoy, without all the years of pain and frustration it cost me to learn and test these methods.

A proven plan

If you want to be healthy you need to study health. Anything that you want to accomplish in life, somebody else has probably already accomplished. The fastest way to “speed up time” and reach your goals faster, is to use a proven plan that somebody else has followed and already been successful with.

 

You can do anything that anyone else has ever accomplished, if you take the same steps as they did.  Learn from other people’s experience.  Find somebody that is successful in the same thing that you wish to be successful at, and find out how they did it.  It’s a lot easier to bake a cake if you have a recipe.  Just copy successful people and you will be successful. If you want to be the best basketball player, then study Michael Jordan.

 

It’s a lot easier to drive across the country if you have a road map. Good books are like good maps.  Bad books are like old outdated roadmaps, and maybe some of the roads will end in water where they decided to build a lake.  Also new roadmaps show new roads that have recently been built, that can take you to your goal a lot quicker.  A book is only as good as it’s author is knowledgeable and also truthful.

 

There are many roads to California, and as long as you take a proven path you will eventually get there. If you try to make your own path, you might not ever make it to the ocean. You might get lost in the woods or eaten by a bear.

 

Example: if you were driving to California and there was a fork in the road, which, right around the corner the roads are permanently headed in opposite directions, how much wasted time and gas and money and energy and stress is it going to spend if you start down the wrong road ????????

 

The first decision you must make on any journey you might attempt in life is determining which way is the best route to take. Also, when is the best time to turn around if you are going to turn around? Now is the time to turn your health around and put your body in “healing mode”

 

There’s no need to reinvent the wheel. The only reason the human race has survived so far, is because we have passed down valuable information about how to live, and other technologies to our future generations. After the invention of the paper and pen, we were able to collect data, and analyze it to see what worked and what didn’t, and be able to reference it later and use it to develop theories and formulas that we can then test. Humans have been studying health for a long long time now. Thousands of years!!! We know that some foods are bad for us, and some foods are good for us.

Confusion

For most people I think this whole subject of pharmaceutical free health and fitness is a mystery to them. Anyone that makes a study of health and fitness will find there’s much conflicting information. It’s almost like everyone in the world has written a book on the subject. Everyone has his or her own opinion. But, unless the author of the book has actually achieved the results that you are trying to achieve, then it would be a waste of your time to read it.

 

The action steps portion of This book is written from actual experience, and I am not just reciting old outdated theories. I do include additional info on the reasons that my program works, based on my interpretation of all of the things that I have read over the last 10 years. All I know is that the methods I am presenting to you work because I have used them to heal my own body from numerous issues.

 

You see, we don’t need to know all the details of how a car works, we only need to know how to use it to get to our destination. It is the same with our bodies.

Propaganda

Some people actually get paid to promote propaganda. They’re looking after the profits of the company that they work for. For example: let’s say somebody works for a cookie factory, and then a study is done that says that their cookies are unhealthy for people to eat. Some companies will actually just pay somebody to write a book or many articles that says the exact opposite so as to distract us from the truth, so they don’t lose out on their potential profits. This is done in many many industries.

 

Prescription drugs can have many horrible side effects that do not show up until your health has been compromised and it is too late to reverse it. It is way better to get our foods and medicines from Mother Nature. I do not trust synthetic chemicals and drugs even if a big corporation funds a study that “so-called” “shows that they are safe for most people”.

 

I have seen the medical industry fail miserably. When my Grandma had cancer, they just gave her all kinds of drugs and did not even mention to her that she needed to change her diet. They didn’t even mention that there are natural healing methods. I frantically started reading everything I could get my hands on about cancer, and I discovered that many people had reversed it naturally by changing their diet.

 

I guess I just don’t have faith in the pharmaceutical industry anymore. I just don’t understand how these doctors can go through all their years of “schooling” and still not understand that people will eventually get sick if they are not on the proper diet. Do they really believe that their drugs are removing the cause of the cancer by giving drugs???  My Grandma died within about a half of a year after they pumped her full of drugs.

Truth education

Not everyone throughout history has told the truth. The Bible warns us that some people lie. There are many liars that are walking the planet today. There are many liars that write books today, especially on the topic of which foods and chemicals are good for our health, and which foods and chemicals are bad for us. There are many many different foods that are bad for us to eat. In a different chapter of this book I will make a list of these foods.

 

Some people can eat almost anything and seem healthy, but some people like myself, will be healthier and greatly benefit from eating clean, nontoxic, “high octane” foods. If you have some kind of health problem, it is because of a reason. These reasons can be figured out.

All the answers

Remember: no one person knows all the answers about optimal nutrition, (at least the books I have read), because there is so much conflicting information and mis-information and dis-information. It is hard to find the truth. Also you are unique and your genetics will partially determine which foods you thrive on.

 

This program will guide you through a systematic process that will enable you to find your own unique answers. That way you will be able to fine tune your diet to exactly what makes you feel best long term. This program will however enable you to find your unique answers without all the years of trial and error like I had to go through.

The reason I started studying health

The reason I originally started studying health was because I had acne and I wanted badly to solve it.  I also wanted to “lose that last 10 pounds” of fat so my stomach muscles would show. I tried just about every diet out there and I was not getting the results I wanted.

 

So I started reading everything I could on the subject of health. I directed my studies towards the natural health route, which does not use pharmaceutical drugs. The reason for this is that I have only been to a medical doctor a couple times in my life and I don’t think that they helped me at all. Also my dad is a chiropractor and he always told me that pharmaceuticals are poisons.

 

I have been studying health and fitness for about seven years now. I’ve tried this diet and that diet. I have many journals that I have recorded what foods I would eat, the combinations of the foods, the recipes, and the way these foods made me feel, and the way they would make me look.

Why are we sick

The human population as a whole is diseased and sick. Do you think it might partially because we are killing and cooking all our foods before we eat them?? Is it because we are designed to eat mainly plant foods and we are eating animals?? Is it because we are eating foods that do not digest well together, so they ferment or rot before they digest, which results in internal food poisoning?? Is it because we are eating lots of artificial chemicals and preservatives?? Is it because of the polluted air that we breathe indoors and out?? Is it because of the accumulative effect of all these factors? Remember the old saying about that last straw that broke the camels back?

 

However I do understand that when some people get to a certain “point of no return” with their addictions to foods, they say “f” it and would rather pop artificial pain pills to cover up the pain when they develop it. Some people might also have a death wish and that is their right also. Other people just blindly trust in their doctor. They think to themselves “My doctor is an authority figure, so he must be right. Right?” I say not necessarily. I fully understand how someone could disagree with my opinion and I have empathy for them. That is their right and I would probably do the same if I were in their shoes.

 

You do eventually have to die from your earthly body, this is true, but I don’t think years of long term suffering in a painful diseased body is worth the temporary taste of these artificially enhanced, chemically modified, irradiated, micro-waved, junk glue foods. Our bodies can’t live a healthy life if we only eat garbage our whole lives.

One song

You are an amazing product of this god-force known as nature and the universe. Uni-verse means “one song”. You are as just as important to the universe as each one of your blood cells are as important to you. If your cells don’t live, work, and regenerate in a healthy fashion, then you will eventually get sick. That is the same concept that explains the reason that the earth as a whole is in a declining state of health.  A lot of the people are not doing and living as they should.

 

The way to heal the earth is to heal the people first so that they want to heal the earth. When people are in pain they sometimes just want to die, I have been there. Also, How much pain can one person take before their spirit dies. Bodily pain and mental pain are inter-related and can be the result from the other.

Make this world a better place

I know I don’t personally know you, but I want you to know that I still care about you and the well being of all of the people that live on this planet we call earth. I guess I am a tree hugger at heart, but I also know that some things are beyond our immediate sphere of influence. I think that it is each and every one of us on the planet’s job to try and fix the things we can fix, and to make this world a better place for the future generations that will be running the world before we know it.

The blind leading the blind is not good

The greatest gift of all that we can give our children is the gift of health. For us to be in a position to give the gift of health, we must first know how to get and stay healthy ourselves. This program is going to show you how to do just that. Some of the methods might be unfamiliar at first, or might not be what everyone else is doing, but that doesn’t matter. What really matters is, the rapid results that you will experience within a short period of time. Once you experience these rapid results for yourself, and you see for yourself just how effective these methods are, you will then have a deep un-shakable knowing that you are on the right track.

 

Once you get on the right track, then you can help to influence the people around you, you will want to share your good fortune with others. This is the way to a happy earth. First we heal the people, and then we heal the earth. Happy bodies lead to happy spirits. When you are physically feeling your best, you perform at your best. When you are feeling your best, your creativity flows, time passes quickly.

 

Time flies when you are having fun, and you know this because you have experienced this phenomenon at some point in your life or another. The opposite is can also be true. Time goes by extra slow though when we are in pain. The whole point of this program is to heal your physical body by putting it into healing mode, which will in turn breathe new life into your soul, which can then inspire you to reach your full potential.
